  The first time I attended this practice, I was given the incorrect price over the phone but I didn't write a Google review. This time I couldn't help it. Firstly I email them this morning but all day with no reply. I finally caved and called them, unwilling to help, impatient, arrogant receptionist eventually asked if "I am a legitimate person" Supposedly getting a price for check-up and clean for my wife (new patient) makes me suspicious by the receptionist! After finally getting a total price this was the most expensive dental clinic by over $100! I advise to shop around.

  Had a call from V CARE DENTAL who apologised for my negative experience and explained the girl who answered the phone was new and untrained and this was the reason for my negative experience below.

  It’s a shame because the dentists were absolutely lovely. They apologised profusely and went out of their way to help. But the last thing you want when you are in pain and afraid is to deal with a person this unecessarily hostile and combative at the front desk.

  But the receptionist, until we insisted, refused to help. She talked over us, told us we were wrong and even laughed at us. She then spoke rudely about us at the top of her voice to the dentist while we were sitting right there in the waiting room!

  —UPDATE: The owner called us and offered a heartfelt apology. He encouraged us to return. We have agreed to do so for our next appointment. I have increased this rating because in spite of the way the receptionist treated us, the dentists have been excellent to work with.—

  Receptionist was terribly rude and argumentative. A couple of easily fixed errors were made by the practise; firstly about our appointment time and secondly about a prescription that was meant to be left for us.
