    I phoned from London to arrange flowers to be delivered to my Grandma. The delivery fee of $10 is much cheaper than most other florists around the area and the service over the phone was fantastic.

    This florist takes no pride in fresh flowers. I have returned flowers to them 3 times and yesterday my Mothers Day bunch has very old chrysanthemums thrown in the middle to disguise them. How can I tell my dear son he wasted his money again by using this florist?
