  I called up 2 times, first time they hung up on me before saying hello the second time i called up she picked up said hold please then 5 min later still on hold and she was serving people one after the other. She should have waited for a response from me before the put me on hold and after she finished with the current customer she should have checked in with me. I only wanted to know if they did passports which was a 30 second convo. Not worth the time for this place with a huge lack of customer service and consideration

  Called up after receiving a you have mail card. Claimed that they don't have it, only to get a last minute notice card in the mail the next day.

  Horrible customer service. Not actually sure how the current staff were the best at the interview process to gain employment here. Need to surely get trained on giving better and friendlier service. No wonder Aust post is struggling!!

  staff could be more polite and at least pretend to enjoy working there, always have to wait a long time to get served
